Are the cars in the type guides for sale?
No. The seven body-style guides use reference photographs. They do not represent individual stock, confirmed availability or a vehicle sale price. Check the individual vehicle directory or send us your requirements.
What should I include in a vehicle enquiry?
Your preferred body style, approximate budget, intended use and any essential features. Ask about mileage, age, condition, service history, inspections and the full price for any individual vehicle you consider.
Can I compare vehicles?
When individual vehicles are published, you can select up to three from the directory and compare the details supplied for each. Vehicle type guides are not stock and cannot be compared as if they were individual vehicles.
Do you offer finance through this website?
This website does not offer finance applications, credit decisions, finance quotations or a finance calculator. We do not publish a finance product or claim lender or broker authorisation here. Do not send financial documents through the enquiry form.
Can I ask about part exchange?
You can mention a possible part exchange in your enquiry. No valuation, acceptance or trade-in offer is made through this website. Any arrangements require a separate discussion and confirmation.
What does a warranty extension include?
No coverage is established by the listing or reference price. Ask for the provider, eligibility, duration, exclusions, claim limits and full written terms before making a decision.
Are listed service and accessory prices final?
They are the supplied reference prices. Confirm the exact item, compatibility, service scope, tax treatment, fitting, collection or delivery and total cost before agreeing a purchase or booking.
What happens when I send an enquiry?
